Hi, I know you have already started but I met a nice women last night who was telling me about it. She said I could come even though it had started.
Hi Cheryl…yes…come any Wednesday to try it out. It starts at 6:00PM. But it’s probably best to show up at 5:45PM just to get oriented and placed in most suitable warm-up group.
Paul, my daughter is going to be living on the Cape (Orleans) and working at Cape Cod Hospital from Labor day thru middle of November. Do you know of any elite runners in the area she could do a weekly Speed workout with and a weekend long run (6:30-7:00 pace over 9-12 miles). She is a collegiate runner and has PR’s of 16:30 5k, Sub 35:00 10k. She is available for a Track workout on Tuesday or Friday afternoon. Any help is appreciated….
