Bonus Session #5 – 9/28/16

Hi Gang…

Here is the workout planned for Wednesday 9/28/16:

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of  4 x 6 mins w/3 min walk/jog recoveries…pick-ups done at 30 min race pace (not much room for error). Cool down with easy jogging or brisk walking.
