Bonus Session #4 – 9/14/16

Hi Fleet-Footed Friends,

Here is the workout planned for Wednesday 9/14/16:

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of  5-7 x 4 mins w/2 mins walk/jog recoveries…pick-ups done at 30 min race pace. Cool down with easy jogging or brisk walking.
