Bonus Session #3 – 9/7/16

Hi Folks,

Here is the workout planned for Wednesday 9/7/16:

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of 6, 6, 6, 3, 3 mins w/3:00 walk/jog recoveries…6 min pick-ups done at 30 min race pace…3 min pick-ups done at 15 min race pace. Cool down with easy jogging or brisk walking.
