Summer Session – Bonus Workout #1 – 7/30/14

Hey Gang,

As you may or may not know…the Running & Racing group will continue into the Fall…at least while there is still light.  For now, we’ll continue starting at 6:00PM.

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then pick-ups of 3,3,6,3,3mins w/2min brisk walking/jogging recoveries…all pick-ups done at a pace you can sustain for ~30mins…then 1-2mi cool-down.

Starting to pump up the volume a bit.
