Summer Session – Bonus Workout #9 – 10/17/12

Hi Gang,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…pick-ups of 3x1mins w/~60sec sec recoveries, then 6 x 45/45’s (45 secs quick/45secs easy jog), then pick-ups of 2,1mins w/75-90 sec recoveries.
