Summer Session – Bonus Workout #1 – 8/22/12

Hi Friends,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…4 x 90secs w/~75sec recovery/regroup period, then 3 x 30/30’s, then 4 x 2mins w/75-90sec recovery/regroup

Cool-down jog
