I am intrested in trying it out, can you give me more information about how it all works? I am still pretty new to running!
I am interested in the walk/run program that is starting in May. When will the sign up be available?

Sorry I been so slow to get back to you. Finally have a moment to get the site rolling.
The session starts 5:45PM on Wed, 5/12/10 at the Barnstable High School track. You can download an application here or you can get a form at Hanlon’s Shoes on Main St in Hyannis or you can just show up…and sign up at the track.

There are application forms down at Hanlon’s Shoes…353 Main St, Hyannis, MA. Also, most of the folks in there can tell you what it’s all about.
We’ll also put up an application form here so you can download it and print it out.
Next session starts Wed, 9/1 at Barnstable HS.
