The session starts Wed, 5/12/10 at 5:45PM. Get there a little earlier the first night. You can download and application here…or you can pick one up at Hanlon’s Shoes on Main St in Hyannis…or you can just show up on opening night at the Barnstable High School track.
I am looking for a running program for my daughter who is entering 8th grade and is on the cross country team. Can you point me in the right direction?

I will be visiting the Cape in July. Are there any races scheduled in the W Yarmough/Hyannis/Dennis area anytime July 24-29.
