Running & Racing – Workout #21 – 10/4/17

Hi Folks,

Here is the workout for Wednesday 10/4/17:

Starting to wind it down a little…

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds, return to track, then pick-ups of 6 x 4 mins @30min race pace w/~2mins walking/jogging recovery, then cool-down.
