Bonus Session #2 – 8/31/16

Hi Gang,

Here is the workout planned for Wednesday 8/31/16:

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then 4 x 5 mins @20-25 min race pace w/3:00 walk/jog recoveries. Cool down with easy jogging or brisk walking.
