Bonus Session #1 – 8/24/16

Hi Friends,

Here is the workout planned for Wednesday 8/24/16:

6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then 6 x 4 mins @30 min race pace w/2:00 walk/jog recoveries. Cool down with easy jogging or brisk walking.
