Session 12 – 8/17/16

Hi Studs and Studesses,

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 8/17/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of 4,4,3,3,2,2,1,1 mins, w/recoveries of ~ equal duration…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.  Start pick-ups at 20-25 min race pace.

Falmouth competitors should do less…either less volume or less intensity…
