Session #11 – 8/10/16

Hi Gang,

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 8/10/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of 1 x 1 min, 6 x 2 mins, 1 x 1 min w/recoveries of equal duration…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.  Pick-ups done at 10-15 min race pace.
