Session #9 – 7/27/16

Hi Folks,

Sorry for missing last week…

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 7/27/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then 10 x 2 min pick-ups @15-20 min race pace with ~2 min recoveries (4 min recovery after 5th set)…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.
