Session #8 – 7/20/16

Hi Team,

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 7/20/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups 5, 5, 5, 2, 2, 2 mins all with 2 min recoveries…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.  5 min pick-ups are done at 30 min race pace. 2 min pick-ups are done at 15 min race pace.

Weather looks good.
