Session #7 – 7/13/16

Hi Folks,

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 7/13/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of  6 mins x 1, 3 mins x 3, 90 secs x 2, w/3 mins recovery between pick-ups…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking. 6 min pick-up is done at 30 min race pace.  Other pick-ups are done at pace you could hold for 10-15 mins.
