Session #6 – 7/5/16

Hi Gang,

Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 7/6/16:

Basic Running – 5:45PM – 60+mins of walking, jogging, running, sprinting…

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20 mins easy jog around high school grounds…return to track…then pick-ups of 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 mins w/equal recovery…pick-ups at pace you could sustain for 10-15 mins…then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.
