Here are the workouts planned for Wednesday 6/15/16:
Basic Running – 5:45PM – Interesting combo of walking, easy jogging, running…usually lasting ~60 mins
Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 10-15 mins easy jog around high school grounds (a little shorter)…return to track…then 6 x 20/40’s…then pick-ups of 5 x 3mins w/3min walk/jog/re-group recoveries. Run 3 min pick-ups at a pace you could sustain non-stop for 15+mins. Then cool-down…even if it’s some walking.
