Bonus workout #12 – Running & Racing – 10/14/15

Hi All,

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout – the last of the Fall season:

2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…5 x  5 mins @30 min (on-the-night) race pace, w/~2 min walk/jogging recovery…then cool-down.  If your race is coming up soon…before 11/2…do less.

Guests, friends, relatives, drop-ins are always welcome.
