Bonus Workout #11 – Running & Racing – 10/6/15

Hi Very Strong People

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…3 x 12 mins @45 min (on-the-night) race pace EXCEPT 1st lap is done at MP (marathon pace), w/4 min mostly jogging recovery…then cool-down.

Guests, friends, relatives, drop-ins are always welcome.
