Bonus Workout #9 – Running & Racing – 9/23/15

Hi Troops,

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…8 x 4mins @30+min (on-the-night) race pace w/1 min recovery…except will take an extra minute or two after 4 repeats (halfway mark)…then cool-down.

Guests, friends, relatives, drop-ins are always welcome.
