Bonus Workout #6 – Running & Racing – 9/2/15

Hi Folks…

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…5 x 5mins @30-40min race pace w/~2 min recovery jog…then cool-down.
