Bonus Workout #5 – Running & Racing – 8/26/15

Hi Gang…

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…3 x 8mins @60 min…45 min…30 min race pace respectively w/~2-3 min recovery jog….then 6 x 60 meter strides…then cool-down.

Guests, friends, relatives, drop-ins are always welcome.
