Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:
~2 mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track…6 x 2:30 pick-ups at 15-20 min race pace, w/60-90 sec recoveries, 1-2mi cool-down.
Note: We’re waiting until the weather cools of a little before bumping up the workout volume.
