Session #11 – 7/15/15

Hi Peeps,

Here are the various workouts planned for the 11th week of the summer program:

Walk/Run – 5:45PM – walk 1min,  jog 5min, repeat 6 times for a total of 36mins.

Basic Running – 5:45PM –  60 mins+ mix of walking/jogging/running. No one left behind.

Running & Racing – 6:00PM – 15-20mins (~2mi) easy jog around high school grounds, then pick-ups of 90 secs, 4 x 3mins, 90 secs @pace you could hold for  ~25min race  w/~2min easy walk/jog  recovery (return to water station)…then 4 x 100m strides…then cool-down around grounds.
