Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:
~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track 4 x 8mins @30-40min race pace with walk/jog recoveries of 4mins. Pacing is important. Cool-down around the grounds…varying lengths.
Please note that we will make modifications for those who feel this workout does not fit well in their training and/or simply do not want to do it…or who find themselves struggling.
