Summer Session – Bonus Workout #8 – 9/17/14

Hi Wednesday Night Warriors,

Here’s Wed night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then on track 6 x 4mins @30min (“on-the-night”) race pace (just slightly faster than last week) with walk/jog recoveries of ~2mins.  Cool-down around the grounds…varying lengths.

Drop-ins, guests always welcome…
