Summer Session – Bonus Workout #6 – 9/3/14

Hi Gang,

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then pick-ups of 4 x 5mins @~30min race pace with walk/jog recoveries of ~3mins.  Cool-down around the grounds…varying lengths.

Drop-ins, guests always welcome…
