Summer Session – Bonus Workout #5 – 8/27/14

Hi Folks,

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then pick-ups of 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1mins @~20min race pace with walk/jog recoveries that are ~ 1/2 the duration of the pick-up.  Cool-down around the grounds…varying lengths.

Drop-ins, guests always welcome…
