Summer Session – Bonus Workout #4 – 8/20/14

Hi Gang,

Looks like a beautiful evening tomorrow night…

Here’s the workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then 6-8 x 3mins @30min race pace w/~1min jogging recovery…then 1-2mi cool-down

Strength workout…steady running…not too hard…good amount of volume…short recoveries.
