Summer Session – Bonus Workout #3 – 8/13/14

Hi Wed Night Warriors,

It’s Falmouth week…which may or may not mean anything to you…hee hee…

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then pick-ups of  3 x 2mins @15min race pace, then 3 x 4mins @30min race pace, then 2 x 1min quick…all with brisk walking/jogging recoveries equal to 1/2 the pick-up duration…then 1-2mi cool-down.
