Summer Session – Bonus Workout #2 – 8/6/14

Hey Folks,

Here’s tomorrow night’s workout:

~2mi warm-up around the grounds…then 3 sets of 5 x 1mins @6min race pace with 1min walking/jogging recoveries…3 mins easy jog & water break between sets…then 1-2mi cool-down.
