Bonus session #10 – Running & Racing – 10/9/2013

Hi Gang,

Here’s the workout for tomorrow night:

Backing off a little in order to consolidate fitness gains from all your hard work…

15-20mins easy jog around high school grounds, return to track, then do pick-ups of 2,2,2,3,3,3,2,2,2mins w/~75secs recovery/re-grouping periods, then cool-down jog.  Recommended pace is one that you can hold for at least 25-30mins.

PLEASE NOTE:  THE RUNNING & RACING GROUP WILL CONTINUE FOR MAYBE A WEEK MORE…DEPENDING ON THE FEELING OF THE GROUP.  WE’LL DISCUSS AT THE WORKOUT.
