Bonus Session #8 – Running & Racing – 9/25/2013

Hi Endurance Animals,

Here’s the workout for tomorrow night:

15-20mins easy jog around high school grounds, return to track, then do 5-7 x 4min pick-ups w/~90sec recovery/re-grouping periods, then cool-down jog.  Recommended pace is one that you can hold for at least 30mins.  Not too hard…recovery is relatively short.

PLEASE NOTE:  THE RUNNING & RACING GROUP WILL CONTINUE ON A WEEK-TO-WEEK BASIS WELL INTO THE FALL.  THERE IS NO NEED TO SIGN UP.  Just keep showing up. Bring your friends.

Visitors are ALWAYS welcome.
