Bonus Workout #10 – 10/24/12

Hi Folks,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…pick-ups of 1,2,1,2mins, then 3x2mins, 3x1mins w/75-90 sec recoveries.

Cool-down.

We’ll likely do one more workout at the track after this one.
