Summer Session – Bonus Workout #8 – 10/10/12

Hi Friends,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…pick-ups of 1,2mins w/75-90 sec recoveries, then 6 x 45/45’s (45 secs quick/45secs easy jog), then pick-ups of 1,2mins w/75-90 sec recoveries.  Similar to last week…

Cool-down.
