Summer Session – Bonus Workout #7 – 10/3/12

Hi Folks,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…6 x 45/45’s (45 secs quick/45secs easy jog), then pick-ups of 1,2,1,2mins w/60-75sec recoveries.

Cool-down.
