Summer Session – Bonus Workout #6 – 9/26/12

Hi Studs and Studesses,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…pick ups of  3 x 90secs, 2mins, 3mins, 2mins, 3 x 90secs, w/~90sec recovery/re-group periods.

Cool-down.
