Summer Session – Bonus Workout #3 – 9/5/12

Hi All,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…8 x 30/30’s, then pick ups of 3,2,1mins w/75-90sec recovery/regroup, then 400m timed.  Note:  If marathoners want to do something a bit longer on last repeat, we’ll be happy to time it for you.

Cool-down.
