Summer Session – Bonus Workout #2 – 8/29/12

Hi Folks,

Here’s the workout for the Running and Racing group tomorrow night.

2 mile warm-up around the grounds.

Then on the track…8 x 30/30’s, then 2 x 2mins w/75-90sec recovery/regroup, then 800m timed.

Nice relaxed cool-down.
